Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. The unit has a total of 24 beds and operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 3:1 or 4:1 depending on patient acuity. The ideal candidate will have experience with high flow nasal cannulas and trach/home ventilators.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients.
- Perform central line care and manage high flow nasal cannulas.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and report any changes.
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience with high flow nasal cannulas and trach/home ventilator management.
Certifications / Licensure
Required certifications include BLS and PALS.
