Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. In this role, you will provide essential therapy to patients, focusing on improving their independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and conducting thorough evaluations. You will work collaboratively with a team of therapists and nursing staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on ADLs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience

• Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab is required.
• Ability to work as part of a flexible team is essential.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
