Schedule / Shift

Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with floating required based on unit needs. Weekend coverage every other weekend may vary based on the needs of the unit.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for an LTAC MS/Tele position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. Strong skills in medication management and patient care are essential. Familiarity with the Omnicell medication system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the LTAC unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate any changes in patient conditions.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for charting and documentation.
• Float to different units as necessary based on staffing needs.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC, MS, or PCU settings.
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical record system required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active South Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
