Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. In this fast-paced environment, you will be optimizing post-surgical patient care following surgeon-specific preferences within a supportive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to post-surgical patients.
• Monitor patient status and implement necessary interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Utilize established order sets and protocols.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in Indiana.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
