Night shift, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Requires availability every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Free Standing ER department. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency care for both adults and pediatrics, including managing critical conditions. Nurses may be required to float to Kiawah FSED and Summerville FSED as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all age groups.
• Manage and assess patients presenting with a variety of emergency conditions.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
• Participate in emergency response teams as needed, particularly during hurricane season.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general emergency department setting.

Certifications / Licensure

• Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Preferred: NRP, TNCC.
• A valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License is required.
