Day shift, 5x8 Hour schedule (08:00 - 16:30).

Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures and nuclear cardiology procedures in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will work independently and under the direction of the lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nuclear medicine procedures and nuclear cardiology procedures.
• Operate GE Optima 640 SPECT and Siemens Symbia equipment.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as per protocols.
• Maintain safety protocols for handling and disposal of radioactive materials.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Active ARRT N and CNMT certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is preferred.
