Shifts available: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with on-call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Level One Trauma Center. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and the ability to scrub complicated total joint revisions, robotics, and orthopedic polytraumas. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating multiple vendors and working effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical operations by preparing operating rooms and trays with necessary instruments and equipment.
• Maintain a sterile environment and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle instruments and supplies during surgical procedures with proficiency.
• Participate in post-operative care and cleanup of the surgical area.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• CST certification is required.
• Level One trauma experience is a must.
• Proficiency in scrubbing for orthopedic surgeries, particularly total joint revisions, and robotics.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
