Job Description

The Emergency Department seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in emergency care and prepared to handle a variety of patient situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency interventions such as RSI, sepsis interventions, and stroke protocol with tPA administration.
• Manage central line placements and care for psychiatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA during transfers to other facilities.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have completed 2-3 travel assignments.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of ER experience.
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Preferred certifications: ENPC, NRP, NIH Stroke Scale.
