This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM. Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month. Additional coverage is likely needed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessing patient health, administering medications, and advocating for patient needs in accordance with established standards and guidelines. The role requires Epic experience for electronic health record management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous experience with Epic electronic health records.
• All required vaccinations and screenings must be completed prior to onboarding, including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and Physical/Health Statement.
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and various professional forms upon onboarding.
