CT Technologist - 3x12 Hour Shifts

3x12 hour evening shifts (Friday to Sunday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in performing various CT exams, both with and without contrast, and will be familiar with trauma care settings. The role involves working closely with patients of all ages and requires the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans on patients as per physician orders or protocols.
• Administer contrast media and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Monitor patients during exams and manage any adverse reactions.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies and equipment.
• Work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
• Document all procedures accurately within the required charting systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience in trauma Level I and Level II settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Community Hospital charting systems preferred.
• Ability to perform various procedures including myelography, venipuncture, and emergency room diagnostics.
