Night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend required.

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a comprehensive range of CT exams. The role may involve acting as a lead and assisting in the training and mentoring of other staff members. The position requires experience with Siemens equipment and covers a variety of procedures including:

• Code Stroke
• CTA
• Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Heart imaging
• CT Biopsy
• Spinal imaging
• Chest tube placements
• Extremities and Facial bones imaging

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations on patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Provide lead support and mentorship to junior staff.
• Utilize PACS for imaging documentation and contrast administration.
• Manage patient care and IV starts during imaging procedures.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CT imaging role.
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings, including ER and Level I Trauma.

Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• ARRT Advanced certification preferred.
