Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong Meditech experience and be capable of delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population. The RN will work within a comprehensive medical facility committed to the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across all age groups, focusing on medical-surgical needs.
• Utilize Meditech for patient documentation and management.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and manage care plans effectively.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to float as needed within the facility.
• Must be available for on-call shifts, with 30 minutes arrival time if called in.
