Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and weekend requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse for our Neuro Med Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. You will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with neurological conditions and surgical interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Experience in Neuro Med Surg preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification and Swallow Screen experience preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience required.
