Travel RN - Med Surg (Nights)

This is a night shift position from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN for a Med Surg position. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate must possess a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and practices.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Compact or AL RN License.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of Med Surg RN experience required.
• CERNER experience preferred.
