Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment that caters to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, assess patient conditions, and prioritize care.
• Provide rapid assessments and resuscitation as needed.
• Administer medications and treatment per physician orders.
• Support in the stabilization of trauma patients and management of critical conditions.
• Utilize strong critical thinking skills to manage emergency situations effectively.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department setting preferred.
