Day Shift: 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult emergency care, including handling various emergency diagnoses and appropriate clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer IV therapy including blood product administration and central line care.
• Monitor and manage cardiovascular patients, including interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Assist in triaging patients and implementing isolation precautions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in trauma care for critical patients, including ventilator management and emergency procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York Single State RN license (New York is not Compact).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER environment.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
