This position requires a night shift of 4x12 hours, working from 18:30 to 07:00.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and performing treatments as necessary. The role includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform patient assessments.
• Manage patient care in accordance with medical protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient management.
• Provide support and education to patients and families.
• Document patient care and treatments accurately using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience in a similar nursing role.
• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with high patient ratios (1:6) preferred.
