Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in the psychiatric rehab department, floating between various units as required. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being, while adhering to facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' mental and physical health status.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in psychiatric or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
