Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our P3CD unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing chronic illness and disability needs, conducting daily physical assessments, and ensuring patient safety and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily physical assessments and reassessments with changes in patient status.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Update and review care plans on a weekly basis.
• Provide education to patients and families, ensuring it is updated and reviewed weekly.
• Document clinical notes as needed to maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current RN license.
• BLS certification.
