Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Psych/Rehab unit. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitative environment, ensuring a high standard of clinical practice and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the psych/rehab unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Adhere to facility policies, including working every other weekend and holidays.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Experience in a psych/rehab setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
