Job Description

We are seeking an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in the Inpatient Rehab Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation nursing with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients recovering from various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and progress in the EMR system (Meditech).
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes and therapies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a current RN license.
• BLS certified, ACLS or PALS certification preferred.
• Basic Dysthymia class is a plus.
• Experience with post-stroke, surgical neuro/ortho, and medical patients is required.
