Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in medical-surgical nursing, including experience with overflow oncology cases. Candidates must have strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Certification card and skills checklist must be provided.
• Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days is required.
• References and Nursys license verification are mandatory.
