Job Description

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in condition.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
