Heart and Vascular Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

This position is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with call every third week. Details will be explained during the interview.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heart and Vascular Technologist with proficiency in Interventional Radiology, Vascular, Cardiac Cath, or Electrophysiology (EP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various procedures in the Cath Lab and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology.
• Current ARRT or RCIS registration.
• BCLS certification required; AHA certification must be obtained within three months of employment date.
• ACLS certification required within one year of employment date.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following modalities: Interventional Radiology, Vascular, Cardiac Cath, or EP.
