Job Description

Join a top-rated emergency department known for excellence in patient care and teamwork. We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in a high-volume, Level II trauma center. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department.
• Utilize advanced clinical knowledge and skills to triage and manage emergency cases.
• Document patient care accurately and participate in assessments and care planning.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Serve as a mentor and coach for less experienced staff and trainees.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an emergency setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications are required prior to hire.
• NIHSS and ENPC certifications must be completed before starting the role.
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and provide real-time feedback.
