OR Registered Nurse (RN)

3x12 hour shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

The OR Registered Nurse will be working in a busy, dynamic Level 1 trauma center, primarily in the Main Operating Room. This role involves scrubbing and circulating for various surgical specialties, including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedic, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate preoperative patient care.
• Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of RN experience, preferably in an operating room.
• Must hold a current SC or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Certification in BLS required.
• Radiation badge to be provided by the agency.
• Scrub experience is strongly preferred.
