Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ER is known for its teamwork and welcoming environment, serving a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced skills and technologies in patient care and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to protocols.
• Assist with triage and monitor cardiac patients in the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before starting date.
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide real-time feedback to team members.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department.
