Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

5x8 hours, Monday to Friday, with an option for any 8-hour shift between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a busy setting. This role requires a child-centered approach and the ability to work independently. With a focus on evaluations and therapy interventions, you will be dedicated to enhancing the physical well-being of pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Provide therapy interventions in accordance with established standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting using Epic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric physical therapy experience required.
• Current California Physical Therapist License is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Local candidates within 50 miles may apply.
• Must not have pending state licensure.
