Registered Nurse - Med Surg Nights

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Med Surgical nights. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and be proficient in Cerner charting. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Med Surg setting.
• Manage patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care in the Cerner charting system.
• Participate in patient education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ohio RN license (active and in hand).
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
