Registered Nurse - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum

Schedule

Nights, 19:00 - 07:00, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. Weekend hours required every third weekend.

Job Description

The candidate must be experienced in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum care. This position requires working in a Family Birthing Center within a Level 3 Trauma facility that is also a verified Chest Pain Center. The center provides comprehensive maternal and neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to a variety of patients, including low to high-risk deliveries.
• Monitor patients using wireless fetal monitoring equipment.
• Support and educate new mothers during their recovery and transition to parenthood.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum.
• Certifications required: NRP, BLS, EFM.
• Current nursing license as an RN.
