Pediatric Critical Care RN Travel Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30) with required every other weekend coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position. This role includes responsibilities for patient care in a pediatric critical care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in intensive care settings and the ability to float to NICU or related units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and blood products.
• Manage ventilated patients and perform tracheostomy care.
• Conduct breathing treatments and monitor vital signs.
• Provide procedural sedation and monitor patients during procedures.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license (compact license accepted).
• 2 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; NRP and CRRT preferred.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
