Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of critical situations including sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure. This role requires the ability to float to various units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a General ICU setting.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readouts and manage patient care equipment.
• Administer medications and IV drips as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper isolation precautions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting.
• Active compact RN license required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC preferred.
• Experience in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias and multi-system organ dysfunction.
