Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Assignment Duration

This is a contract position for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekends as needed; may float to various facilities.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients requiring respiratory therapy, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to evaluate patient care plans.
• Document patient information and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current NBRC and BLS certifications, in hand at the time of submission.
• Valid Ohio RRT license required.
• Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
