CT Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days: 3x 12-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and the application of prescribed CT techniques for diagnosis. Candidates must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive CT scans as directed.
• Obtain intravenous access when necessary.
• Organize and prioritize daily workflow effectively.
• Communicate clearly with medical staff and patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of CT/PET experience.
• EPIC EMR experience.
• Current New York State license and ARRT certification (CT).
• Experience with contrast injection.
• GE scanner experience is preferred.
