Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our team. The RN will provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced, critical environment focusing on cardiac and neuro cases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required.
• Perform bedside shift reports and participate in multidisciplinary rounding.
• Manage critical care equipment such as Impella, balloon pumps, and EVDs.
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the EMR system (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current hospital ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Experience with neuro ICU patients is preferred.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR is a plus.
