Cardiac Surgical RN

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Surgical RN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to scrub and circulate in cardiac surgeries, including CABGs, aortic and mitral valve repairs/replacements, heart transplants, and LVADs. This role requires a commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for cardiac surgeries.
• Maintain a staffing ratio of 1:4.
• Participate in on-call duties, averaging 2 weekends every 6 weeks.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active PA or Compact License at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Surgical setting.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and TNCC.
• Experience with trauma level II patients is mandatory.

Schedule

This position is a 4x10-hour day shift, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
