Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care to adult patients, including those with STEMI, stroke, and LEVEL 2 trauma cases. The nurse will be part of a team that handles approximately 170 visits per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and start IVs as required.
• Administer conscious sedation and manage critical patients.
• Coordinate care for medical boarders in the ED.
• Maintain patient documentation using EPIC charting system.
• Provide a safe and effective environment for trauma patients and other emergency cases.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Must hold certifications in TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, and BLS.
• IV Start, Triage, Telemetry, and Conscious Sedation skills required.
• ENPC and trauma experience preferred.
