Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma care and be able to effectively work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
• Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity.
• Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume ED preferred.
• Must possess current RN license and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
