Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation (Nights)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. This position is ideal for an RN looking to provide compassionate care to individuals recovering from various conditions, such as stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic injuries. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the health and quality of life of our patients through tailored rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Schedule

This position is a night shift role, working from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a requirement of every other weekend rotation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing is preferred
• Must possess great customer service skills

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
