Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights / Varied

Job Description

Join our dedicated team in delivering age-specific and direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN provides nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities, including the delegation of work to other levels of employees while ensuring compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Assume leadership responsibilities and delegate tasks to staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and policies.
• Utilize ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training consistently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications prior to start date.
• De-escalation training required prior to start date or must be booked at time of Clinical Orientation.

Schedule

This position involves a night shift with varied hours, offering the opportunity to enjoy the fall foliage in Vermont, including activities like apple picking and enjoying spiced lattes.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
