This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00-19:30, with weekly guaranteed hours of 36. Weekend hours are required every other weekend or as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Registered Nurse with experience in Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine understanding of mental health as an illness and will be comfortable providing care to a diverse patient population ranging in age from 18 to 99.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with mental health disorders.
• Assess and document patient conditions using electronic health records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support patients in their recovery process while ensuring a safe environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in Behavioral Health.
• Certifications: BLS, HWC.
