Registered Nurse - Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, and Ortho Experience Required

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with potential need for weekend coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with expertise in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Manage patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation every six weeks.
• Float between like units as necessary to meet patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic settings.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid RN license; a compact license is preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Must provide two professional references covering the last year of employment.
