Schedule

Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Day shifts: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30). Scheduled shifts may vary based on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our CVICU/N team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care nursing and be ready to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU/N unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of permanent experience in critical care nursing required.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license is required at the time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory and must be current.
• Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
• Traveler must be able to work every other holiday.
