Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Burn ICU department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, particularly in managing patients post-burn injuries. The Burn ICU manages a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and offers a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critical burn patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Previous experience in ICU, with a strong understanding of med/surg practices.
