Registered Nurse - IMCU Night Shift

Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the IMCU unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with conditions such as Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive emergency, Respiratory failure, COPD, Chronic kidney disease, TDM2, Substance abuse, and Encephalopathy. You will be responsible for managing Heparin drips and ensuring a high standard of patient care in a critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the IMCU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and manage therapeutic drips as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care processes and post-discharge instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a critical care or IMCU setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
