Job Description

The Emergency Department is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of experience in an ED setting. The unit has 12 beds and a staff comprised of 6-8 RNs per shift, supported by ER Techs and a unit secretary. Candidates should be able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a focus on both neuro and cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients undergoing STEMI and Stroke/TPA interventions
• Conduct Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) and manage acute care situations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience as an RN
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, TNCC
• Strong skills in neuro and cardiac care preferred
