Contract RN - Emergency Department

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM; No on-call required; 4 weekend shifts per schedule.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. The Emergency Department is comprised of a well-balanced tenure of nursing staff, enhancing the overall patient experience in a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Perform procedures such as cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 for effective monitoring and care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have ALS, BLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department experience is required.
• Preferred: 2 years of ED experience.
