MRI Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a dynamic position featuring a blend of 8 and 12-hour shifts during the evening. This opportunity does not require on-call duty and involves working 1-2 weekends per month. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to accommodate the varying needs of the facility. This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts will include a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour evening shifts, with no block schedules available.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ARRT or ARMRIT license with MR advanced licensure is mandatory.
• Experience with Phillips MRI systems is preferred; however, strong candidates with other experiences may be considered.
• A minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience is required.
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
• Experience in a teaching hospital is required.

Disclaimers

Public transportation is not accessible in this area; therefore, reliable transportation (personal vehicle or rental vehicle) is strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November through April.
