Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Charge) for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care while effectively managing nursing staff and coordinating patient care activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
• Assess and document patient needs, responses, and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the nursing specialty applying for.
• Must hold a current and valid Ohio RN license or compact license.
• Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required at the time of submission.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
