LDRP RN - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Requires every other weekend availability and on-call during low census periods.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LDRP RN to provide high-quality care in a dynamic labor and delivery unit. This role requires both labor and postpartum experience, with the ability to float between units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and care for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide education and support to new mothers and families.
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and postpartum care of both mothers and newborns.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery or LDRP.
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Beginner and Intermediate, BLS, NRPS.
• Valid RN license (compact license preferred).
• Experience with Epic charting system is necessary.
